She's a new caterer  on the Myrtle Beach food scene from Upstate New York. 

Having Caribbean and Southern roots 

helps make her meals pop with flavors and textures. 

Having the opportunity to cater @ Canfor Southern Pine, 

she decided in that moment to make 

Magic Lee Gifted, LLC a reality.

Service Agreement

A. Session Fees

Client agrees to pay “Magic” Lee a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee that goes towards your session. The remaining balance is due one week (7 days) before the time of the session. The session fee covers the time and talent of “Magic” Lee.

B. Location Costs & Fees

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The chef will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location.The booking fee covers travel within 30 minutes of our business location.   Any location outside of these limits will be subject to additional charges. 

C. Rescheduling

If an illness or situation prevents the private chef experience from taking place, clients may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their booking without penalty. Should a client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the booking, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Chef reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

D. Payment

All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. If a client has arranged a payment plan, the “Magic” Lee experience will be executed after the final payment has been received.

E. Costs of Groceries 

“Magic” Lee is not responsible for the costs of groceries unless otherwise stated in your package. Chef will provide you with a grocery bill prior to arrival or service. The cost of groceries must be refunded before drop-off or service is rendered. 

*Please note: The number of guests to serve, cost of groceries, ingredients used, market pricing, time, effort, creativity, overhead and labor are amongst the many things that are taken into consideration when counting the cost.

F. Booking Requests 

All catering sessions start at the designated time that is contracted. However, we ask that you allow up to at least a minimum of 1 hour for setup and breakdown, with three hours of event time in the center, prior to the event start, to ensure quality service. This is based on WHAT, WHERE, and HOW MANY. A booking is roughly 5 hours with setup and breakdown. Any extra hours will be an additional cost. Clients will be billed for any additional time that is needed past the 5.5 hours @ $30 per 30 minutes.

G. Scheduling Bookings

We ask that the minimum time for booking is set at least 3-4 weeks in advance from the event day. We are also flexible if able to accommodate. If service is needed last minute or sooner, you will be required to render the full cost of service at booking and an inconvenience fee may be added. Last minute means less than 1-2 weeks away.

If you are booking for drop-off dining, the listed Job Date and Time is the assumed drop-off. It is strongly encouraged for large catering or private dining parties to allow 2-4 hours of prep time.


H. BUSINESS COLLABORATIONS

 

ANY and all business collaborations will now require booking w/ a nonrefundable deposit for the sake of date security. Please understand that reserving dates can cause us to miss clients and/or revenue in the event your event is canceled, rescheduled or doesn't meet personal expectation. While we understand situations occur, we also understand business must be conducted accordingly and accounted for at all times.  J. Cancellations


MLG reserves the right to refuse service to disorderly, disruptive, or patrons that may be of any conflict of interest of sorts, in order to maintain our integrity and uphold our brand. 


K. Refund Policy

Services provided are strictly non-refundable due to the time and effort that has been invested.
